Terms of Service

AxiomDraft provides digital design and development services — including websites, brand identity, and product visual design — as described in each written proposal and contract for axiomdraft.com clients.

Payment schedules, deliverables, and deadlines are defined in the contract. Work begins after the agreed deposit. Missed client feedback windows may shift timelines; missed deadlines caused by us may trigger the refund terms stated in the agreement.

Intellectual property in final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Until then, AxiomDraft retains ownership of work in progress and unused concepts.

Revisions are unlimited within the agreed scope. Out-of-scope changes require a written change order and may affect price and schedule. Governing details are always those in your signed contract.
